Lift slots can make or break the day

Many towers allow moves only during fixed hours. Some block weekends. Some require facility approval two days earlier. If your mover arrives and the lift slot is not booked, the crew waits. Waiting is not free, and honestly, it should not be. The crew’s day is being used.

The building manager can save your move

If the building needs a vehicle number early, tell the mover to share it the previous evening. If the society blocks moves during certain hours, do not book a crew for that time. Waiting charges are avoidable when communication is early.

Keep one person near the lift during loading. Not to micromanage the crew, but to coordinate with guards and residents. High-rise moves happen in shared spaces. A little politeness with the guard and lift operator can keep the day smoother.

When the crew leaves, check the lift, lobby, and wall corners before signing off. If something is scratched, handle it immediately. Delayed complaints become harder.

Delivery-side high-rise checks
